Protein Cookie S'more Recipe
Ingredients:
2 tbsp water
2 Marshmallows
2 Chocolate pieces (we used Hershey Kisses)
Instructions:
Prepare Cookie Dough:
Measure out 64g of Hot Choc It Up protein cookie mix.
Stir in about 2 tbsp of water until you achieve a doughy consistency.
Shape and Bake:
Form the cookie dough into individual cookies by hand.
Preheat your air-fryer to 350°F and line it with parchment paper.
Bake the cookies in the air-fryer for 4 minutes. Remember to underbake slightly since you'll be toasting the marshmallows and chocolates later.
Add Toppings:
Flip the cookies over and top each with marshmallows and chocolate pieces.
Return the cookies to the air-fryer and continue baking for about 2 minutes, or until the marshmallows are toasted and the chocolate is melted.
