Protein Cookie S'more Recipe
Ingredients:
- 64g Variant Nutrition: Hot Choc It Up Protein Cookie Dough
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 Marshmallows
- 2 Chocolate pieces (we used Hershey Kisses)
Instructions:
Prepare Cookie Dough:
- Measure out 64g of Hot Choc It Up protein cookie mix.
- Stir in about 2 tbsp of water until you achieve a doughy consistency.
Shape and Bake:
- Form the cookie dough into individual cookies by hand.
- Preheat your air-fryer to 350°F and line it with parchment paper.
- Bake the cookies in the air-fryer for 3 minutes. Remember to underbake slightly since you'll be toasting the marshmallows and chocolates later.
Add Toppings:
- Flip the cookies over and top each with marshmallows and chocolate pieces.
- Return the cookies to the air-fryer and continue baking for about 2 minutes, or until the marshmallows are toasted and the chocolate is melted.
