Protein Cookie S'more Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 64g Variant Nutrition: Hot Choc It Up Protein Cookie Dough 
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 Marshmallows
  • 2 Chocolate pieces (we used Hershey Kisses)

Instructions:

Prepare Cookie Dough:
  • Measure out 64g of Hot Choc It Up protein cookie mix.
  • Stir in about 2 tbsp of water until you achieve a doughy consistency.

Shape and Bake:
  • Form the cookie dough into individual cookies by hand.
  • Preheat your air-fryer to 350°F and line it with parchment paper.
  • Bake the cookies in the air-fryer for 3 minutes. Remember to underbake slightly since you'll be toasting the marshmallows and chocolates later.

Add Toppings:
  • Flip the cookies over and top each with marshmallows and chocolate pieces.
  • Return the cookies to the air-fryer and continue baking for about 2 minutes, or until the marshmallows are toasted and the chocolate is melted.

Enjoy Your Protein Cookie S'mores:
